These 19th century flint stone buildings are grade 2 listed and provide an attractive location to run your office. The office units can be leased individually or in combinations. The semi rural office centre is located 5 mins from the A30 trunk road and the center of Honiton. It is also 15 mins drive from Exeter and the M5. There is ample parking available and offers a beautiful quiet location for your business.

The attractive stone barn conversions provide offices or studio accommodation, coupled with rural charm and modern conveniences including the availability of broadband connection essential for modern business. There is a WC on each floor (disabled at ground) and Kitchen facilities are on the first floor. Designated staff parking spaces are located outside the building and the site also provides further visitor parking a short distance away. Over the last 10 years we have been gradually converting the grade 2 listed barns into office suites. The flint stone barns have impressed local builders with the craftsmanship used by the original builders and the traditional techniques used. We are proud to have used a mixture of traditional materials and modern techniques, to convert these barns into high spec office suites.
