Directions:
From A30: after Monkton take the first turning on the right to Luppitt. Cross a humpback bridge then turn immediately left. Go up hill and through small hamlet. As you come downhill, look out for the Woodhayes drive on the right.
From Honiton: Exit the A30 and take the road to Combe Raleigh / Luppitt / Dunkeswell. Cross bridge over the River Otter. After 150 yards turn right. Go over two further bridges then Woodhayes Farm is the first drive on left. We have large signage at our entrance.
Sat Nav: Please be aware that our post code will take you to our neighbour “Otter View Farm”. If the farm is on your left continue downhill to Woodhayes on the right.
