Woodhayes provides a choice of 12 office units split across three Grade II listed farm buildings. These 19th Century flint stone buildings offer an attractive and professional location from which to run your business. The office units can be leased individually or in combinations for long and short-term lets.

We provide the ideal, semi-rural office location, 5 minutes from the main A30 trunk road (the artery through the South West) and the centre of the town of Honiton. It is just a 25 minute drive to the city of Exeter and 15 minutes to the M5. There is ample parking available, and a choice of two meeting rooms available to hire.

The attractive stone barn conversions provide office accommodation, combining rural charm and modern conveniences; high-speed internet is accessible from our location. We are proud to have carefully balanced period features with 21st Century convenience, using traditional materials with modern techniques to convert these barns into high-spec office suites. The barns have thick walls and modern insulation offering high level energy efficiency.
